Maren Noble | owner / ceo
Before co-founding Haven Family Homes in 2017, Maren was a foster parent for over 10 years. She has extensive training on helping children cope with trauma, is a mother of six of her own children, and is passionate about providing stability and love to displaced children.
Nate Noble | owner / director
Nate graduated from the BYU Marriott Business school and held various positions in management and social entrepreneurship before co-founding Haven Family Homes. He also spent two years teaching kids in low-income communities of Arizona through Teach for America. Nate is passionate about improving the efficacy of family models within the group care space.
Paul Noble | owner / house manager
Our third founding member, Paul, enjoyed a 30 year career with the Maricopa County Sherrif's Office as Lieutenant. Alongside his wife Maren, he was also a foster parent for 10+ years before co-founding, and has extensive training and experience with conflict de-escalation.
